Teenage Groupwork Workshops
Fèis Rois Teenage Groupwork workshops are for all secondary pupils, and offer a range of workshops catering for all ability levels. We aim to build performance skills and confidence whilst extending knowledge and repertoire of Highland songs, tunes and Gaelic language.
We also welcome young musicians who play classical, rock and jazz music to come and collaborate with our young traditional musicians at these workshops.
This term on 18th October there will be a full day workshop on fiddle and accompaniment at Strathpeffer Community Centre led by the renowned Irish fiddler Gerry O’Connor and his son Donal. Cost £15.
